TERMS OF SALE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Buganvilla Imports is a wholesale company. To place an order you will need to provide us with your State Resale ID number or Federal Tax ID number and your complete contact information, including store name and business shipping address.

Terms
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. When placing an order, please have the credit card number, expiration date, 3-digit security code and the billing address for the credit card being used. We charge your credit card on the day we ship and enclose a copy of the invoice and receipt. All initial orders must use a credit card. You must submit credit references in order to be considered for Net 30 terms after your first order –overdue accrued charge 10% per month until paid.

Shipping and Delivery
We use UPS for destinations in the continental United States and Canada. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, FPO and APO addresses, are also delivered by UPS at their standard delivery fees, plus an additional charge of $10. Heavy, oversized or fragile items are shipped with an additional charge of $15 a piece. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous United States. Should you wish for your item to be shipped internationally, please contact our office at info@buganvillaimports.com or contact us at (541) 999-4929 between 9 AM and 4 PM Pacific Time. Express delivery can be arranged on an individual order basis. We make every effort to ensure our quoted shipping rates are accurate, however this is not always the case. We reserve the right to charge ACTUAL shipping charges (including Signature Confirmation and Insurance). Please note that the quoted shipping is merely AN ESTIMATE and the actual amount will vary depending on weight of item, size of box used, shipping service, and your location from our warehouse. Backorders
While we make every effort to ship your order complete; we do occasionally place items on backorder. These items will be scheduled for delivery upon arrival from our suppliers in Mexico. If there is a delay we will notify you by phone or email.

Wholesale Orders

We make every effort to expedite your order as soon as it is received. Depending on the amount of items ordered or the fragility of their nature, some orders may take longer than others to fulfill. Items will be shipped no later than 5-7 weeks from the date the order was recevied. If there is a further delay, we will notify you by phone or email and you may choose to cancel your order at that point.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Uniqueness of Handcrafted Items
All products sold by Buganvilla Imports have been handcrafted by skilled Mexican artisans, in the majority of cases using simple techniques and hand tools. As a result, there may be subtle differences from piece to piece. These variations enhance the beauty and value of each piece, ensuring that your purchase is one of a kind. We are proud of the level of quality of our products.

Return Policy
If you are completely unsatisfied with the product(s) you received, we will accept returned merchandise within 15 days from the date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To avoid damage, carefully repackage the item with the original packing material and return it to our office at:

Upon receipt of merchandise, a full refund of the product cost will be refunded to your credit card. Return or exchange items damaged due to poor packing cannot be refunded. You will receive an email from us when the merchandise has arrived to our office. We cannot accept returns on final-sale or special-order items.

Damages
Merchandise is inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within five business days at info@buganvillaimports.com or by phone at (541) 999-4929. Please keep all original packaging materials including the box for FedEx or UPS inspection. If we can replace the item, it will be done within 2-3 business days after you contact us. If the item cannot be replaced, a full return will be refunded to your credit card upon receipt of the item. If the item is on backorder, we will provide an estimated time of arrival and let you choose between a refund or a replacement.
